Michael Chrysler

Chief Investment Officer, Managing Partner


After beginning his professional career as co-founder and president of a holding company in the medical equipment industry, in 1989 Mike began his career in the financial services industry, joining Shearson-Lehman Brothers as a broker.

By 1994 Mike was a portfolio manager for the firm (which had become Smith Barney) and also acted as the company’s syndicate coordinator for the Pacific Northwest. In that position, he was responsible for allocating the firm’s IPO shares to retail clients. In 2000 Mike became a managing partner responsible for marketing and servicing Smith Barney’s suite of institutional products and services for the firm’s publicly traded clients

He left Smith Barney in 2004 to start Chrysler Asset Management, LLC, before cofounding Matrix Wealth Management, Inc which became Matrix Asset Management, LLC in 2016

Mike is a registered investment advisor representative with Resource Investment Architects, Inc., an SEC Registered Investment Advisor. Mike holds an insurance license with the state of Oregon, License Number – 0002988347

Mike likes to spend time with his family and friends and enjoys doing anything outdoors. His passions include his clients, boats, motorcycles, martial arts, guitars and music. He is a Vietnam-era veteran and worked in Test Flight for Bell Helicopter.
